Why trying to manage anxiety is not a solution and how to feel peaceful, calm, carefree & confident permanently

In this Article, I want to touch on why managing anxiety is only a band-aid solution of a bigger issue and why learning how to deal with anxiety is not what you should be trying to obtain.

In order to understand why one must understand this is important is one must understand what the mind and body go through when it is generating unconscious feelings of anxiety.  Chronic worry and emotional stress can trigger a host of health problems. the problem happens when the mind is generating the nervous system to release the stress hormone into the body on a constant basis in which contributes to a lowered immune response which can leave the body susceptible to disease.

Anxiety is largely the result of what I call “emotional landmines” i.e. negatively charged memories stored in your unconscious mind and body that keep getting re-triggered by daily events, thus leading to anxiety and other painful emotional and physical experiences. If you would like to know how to delete and therefore permanently diffuse these landmines and reclaim control over your life – read on.

When you experience a negative event in your life it is instantly stored inside you as a negative memory which associates all of the painful emotions that went with the event itself. The memory of the event remains with you for life and whenever you undertake a task, action or activity which may threaten to re-trigger it, the generated feelings re-emerge; hence why you have failed to cure this previously through other methods.

Sadly this means that you are also stuck with all that negativity inside of you for the rest of your life. As most individuals have no other way to deal with those painful memories, there is a tendency to suppress them from conscious awareness and therefore relegate them to the storehouse we call the unconscious mind/body.

This suppression serves to temporarily and precariously keep the unpleasantness out of consciousness so that you can function on a daily basis. Sadly however, these buried memories behave much like landmines that can be triggered to go off at any time, and often.

Events in your day that in any way resemble older memories will trigger much of the older feelings into consciousness thus destabilizing you. Often this is accompanied by anxiety and panic, which act as warning signals that the unconscious negativity is threatening to break through.

What also is unfortunate is that each time these landmines go off they themselves become “new” negative events that also get recorded as negative memories in the unconscious mind. This has the effect of increasing the number and intensity of the landmines stored within. As you can imagine this will ultimately tax your energy resources and leave you feeling incapacitated.

How to deal with anxiety

How can one deal with anxiety, having suffered anxiety my whole life, before I figured out how to remove it, the way I managed was to stay away from people so I wouldn’t be triggered as much, the only place i found solace from it, was in my own company i wanted a way to still be able to live, be around people and enjoy my life. I  didn’t want ot feel anxous in social situations  and wanted a solution, on my journey over 15 years to figure it out, I learnt that anxiety is the minds warning that an old memory is going to be retriggered, where you might be in one danger and or have to feel the same painful emotions you experienced at the time, there is now a process that I teach that can permanently remove these triggers where your mind no longer responds in fear and or triggers the minds warning that you may possibly experience the old memory.
