The Unconscious Beliefs That Keep You Feeling Stuck

Some of the beliefs and/or tendencies which are buried in your unconscious mind that are keeping you ‘trapped’ include:

  • I can’t get out of it
  • It’s impossible to change my situation
  • It’s someone else’s fault
  • The fear of taking full responsibility over your own life
  • Worry and anxiety
  • The need to remain a victim
  • Complaining about the situation is a more acceptable way of being
  • Staying helpless as a means to get attention and emotional support from others
  • The belief that there isn’t anything I can do about it
  • The belief I deserve this kind of life
