Avoid Unfulfilling Cultural Marriages and Their Effect on Your Happiness

Marriage should be, by definition, a union of two individuals committing to themselves from a place of freewill and love.

I have found that many of my clients who are in cultural marriages, have been sucked into a life-depleting situation, and have no idea of how what caused them to make a decision. They feel like their marriage is essentially killing them.

Why do people enter into these cultural marriages and make decisions that are contrary to their desires? There are several unconscious psychological drivers behind these choices – or, states of emotional programming – that are hijacking the lives of many unfulfilled married couples:

  • Fear of critics and judgment
  • Fear of taking full responsibility for their life
  • The need to please others
  • The fear of judgment and what their family will think of them
  • They are responsible for the happiness of others

These emotional programs serve to hijack individuals from their freewill which would usually be able to create a healthy life.

This leads them into unfulfilling cultural marriages with needy partners who suck the life out of them.

If you identify with any of these feelings, you have a problem that needs to be solved – those who don’t take action will find themselves ending up in unsatisfying cultural marriages instead of the relationships they actually desire.

Cultural Marriages Based in Low Self-Esteem Can’t Fulfil Your Needs

Due to low self-esteem and self-worth generated by internal programs, these people find themselves being stuck and tied to other individuals who exhibit the following behaviours:

  • Fear of being alone
  • Need others to constantly text, call, or email
  • Overpowering feelings of jealousy
  • Fear of making decisions and taking responsibility for themselves
  • Temper tantrums
  • Exhibit a controlling personality
  • Need to please others
  • Constantly seeking attention from others
  • The need for others to take care of them
  • Act like a child in an adult body
  • Low self-esteem, low self-worth, and low self-confidence
  • Emptiness inside
  • Feeling defective
  • Feel unattractive
  • The need for others to validate, accept, like or love them
  • Lack of personal interests or hobbies
  • Fear of rejection
  • Fear of abandonment
  • Self-doubt
  • Repeated bad relationship choices
  • Repeated rejection
  • Self-sacrificing tendencies
  • The need to be rescued

The above traits exist in individuals because of the results from old dysfunctional relationships in their family of origin. These memories remain firmly stored in the subconscious mind.

However, most individuals do not realise that this programming (also referred to as “conditioning” by some) has a powerful influence on one’s self-confidence, self-image, wholeness and attractiveness.

The negative memories leave a deep emptiness in oneself and many feel that it can only be filled by people around them. This is the source of the “neediness” i.e. an emptiness that “needs” to be filled up. At the deepest level, it is about the need to feel wanted, loved, desirable, useful, welcomed, validated, appreciated, acknowledged, accepted and so on.

What most people don’t realise is that:

  1. a) These needs can never be met by others or by external factors
  2. b) The solution can only be sourced from within

Don’t Accept Cultural Marriages – Regain Your Self-Respect and Attract the Partner You Really Want

So where or what is the “source” you ask?

It was discovered a decade ago that negative memories are responsible for generating the feeling of emptiness. This emptiness refers to what I call “deficiency” of Life Force Energy (LFE) from the mind/body. The negative memories deplete one’s energy and leave them with a feeling of emptiness in its wake.

What has been discovered is that by “erasing” those negative memories, LFE spontaneously returns and re-integrates itself with the mind/body leaving the individual feeling whole, attractive, adequate, confident, strong, and resilient again

So, how does one accomplish this “erasure” and regain the self respect to take back the control over their life? Well, a new coaching process has been developed to do just that.
